Start with the work, not the technology
Discovery comes first: the people involved, the steps they repeat, how often the task runs, and where exceptions require judgment. An agent is a possible solution to a measured workflow problem, not a reason to automate every process.
Make the economics explicit
Time spent, task frequency and an appropriate fully loaded hourly cost establish a manual-work baseline. A proposal must also account for implementation, model and platform usage, maintenance, human review and work that remains. Releasing hours does not automatically reduce payroll or guarantee cash savings.
The goal is an agent engagement priced below the validated cost of the work it handles, where a scoped pilot supports that business case. We do not publish a blanket savings percentage or price work before understanding it.
Keep people accountable
Access should be limited to what the workflow needs. Approval points, exception handling and success measures are part of the design. Integrations and data-handling requirements are assessed before deployment; we do not assume every system or task is suitable.
Practical tools are part of the approach
Domos Tools is our collection of sixteen focused IT utilities and original guides. Thirteen tools process in browser memory; three perform bounded live diagnostics after an explicit request. The toolkit remains available without an account, on a separate workspace host with the same company navigation.
Local and live processing have different boundaries. A decoded token is not a verified token, and a DNS observation is not a delivery guarantee. Read how the website, contact form and tools handle information.
Bring us one recurring task
A useful starting point is a workflow description, its frequency, and the systems involved. You do not need to send confidential documents or individual employee compensation details in a first inquiry. Contact us to discuss discovery.
